Are you a detail-oriented, highly skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) looking to join a dynamic and growing accounting firm? We are currently seeking a talented and experienced CPA to join our team at SMAART Company. As a leading accounting firm, we provide a range of financial services to our clients, including tax planning, auditing, and consulting. Responsibilities:

– Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

– Assess financial operations and make recommendations for improvements.

– Provide expertise in areas such as tax planning, auditing, and financial consulting.

– Ensure that financial statements and reports adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and are in compliance with relevant regulations.

– Analyze business operations, costs, revenues, and trends to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

– Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.

– Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate guidance and solutions.

– Conduct internal audits to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with internal controls.

– Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.

– Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications:

– Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

– Proven experience working as a CPA in an accounting firm or similar environment.

– In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards (GAAP).

– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

– Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

– High level of integrity and ethics.
