For two months, negotiations were underway, but as we worked towards a shared vision for the company, it became clear that there were differences that couldn’t be bridged. As a result, we made the strategic decision to terminate the transaction. However, this experience has provided us with invaluable insights, enabling us to refine our objectives and gain clarity on what we are truly seeking.
We are thrilled to share that our efforts have yielded remarkable results. In Q2 2023, we experienced an impressive growth of 43% compared to the same period in 2022. This remarkable upswing is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, as well as the unwavering support of our esteemed clients.
Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that our insurance subsidiary is thriving and exceeding expectations. It is operating at full swing and growing as planned, demonstrating the effectiveness of our strategic decisions and the commitment to our expansion strategies.
Continuing on our path of progress, we are excited to inform you that we are currently engaged in talks and negotiations regarding two other potential acquisitions. These opportunities hold great promise, and we project their closure by the end of this year. We remain confident that these endeavors will further strengthen SMAART’s position and enhance the value we bring to our clients.
