I just want to mention that dealing with the staff at this company is very helpful. They are very patient and courteous. Especially Alex and Roxana. They make sure your issue is delt with in a timely matter. They will also follow up with you if they cant resolve your issue today. Very impressed with Ray and his staff. Have to be to be honest he is not the cheapest, but he is worth every penny you spend. My father recommended him, and I am very happy that I listened to my father. Ray and his staff are worth every penny i spent. Thank you Ray for saving me so much money on my taxes. I personally asked ALEX to leave a review and he was not only thankful but has been extremely helpful during this years tax year when I had quick questions or concerns. I want to start by saying it took me a few years to search and find a new accounting company for my finances. I am a business owner and my wife and I have multiple streams of income that can get a little confusing. I needed many things done specific to me as well as other extra things done on top of filing taxes. I have a pleasure of working with ANTHONY GONZALEZ and I can’t express enough how professional and knowledgeable he is and SMAART company has been. It’s a breath of fresh air working with them and beyond happy I made this decision. If you’re reading this and on the fence of switching accountants - don’t hesitate. I don’t usually write reviews but I am so impressed with the service that I received here. I decided to switch accountants this year and wasn’t sure what to expect but the process of filing my taxes, in addition to having MANY other specific requests (home buying process) was so incredibly smooth. I worked with Anthony Gonzalez directly and he was so professional, punctual and just got the job done quick and efficiently. The entire team at this location is amazing - they pick up every time you call and reply to emails quickly.
