Oh, what a night! 2023 Xero Awards UK & Ireland

annual Xero Awards It’s a particularly special night for us at Xero. This is a chance for us to express our gratitude and admiration for the many incredible accounting, bookkeeping and application partners in our community.

This year’s awards night, held at the Ministry Halls in Elephant & Castle, showcased the achievements of the ‘rock stars’ of the accountancy world. From bangers performed by a live band, to face painting and photo booths, we wanted to give our community a chance to escape the office and celebrate in style.

Supporting small businesses through uncertainty

Small businesses will be at the center of the economic recovery, and the role of accountants, bookkeepers and accountants is more important than ever as economic pressures affect the ability of small businesses to plan and manage costs. They are often the only professional advisors a small business owner can have—experts in understanding the issues and obstacles their customers face.

Many accountants and bookkeepers face their own challenges, such as attracting and retaining talent and navigating regulatory changes. With strong community support, many firms have been able to turn these challenges into opportunities.
