Responsibilities:

– Assess and evaluate clients’ insurance needs, specifically related to property and casualty coverage.

– Collaborate with clients to identify potential risks and recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options.

– Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotes to clients, explaining policy terms, conditions, and coverage limits.

– Process insurance applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.

– Liaise with insurance underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and premiums on behalf of clients.

– Assist clients in filing insurance claims and guide them through the claims process.

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and market conditions.

– Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

– Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.

– Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of insurance transactions.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

– Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Specialist.

– Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
