Hannah Kamm, who will leave the global specialist insurance company Hiscox after a decade, will be replaced by Fabrice Brossart, Chief Risk Officer.
“I am very excited to be joining Hiscox; a brand I have admired for a while,” Brossart said in a statement. “I look forward to being part of the team, driving talent, growing and delivering for our customers.”
The new CRO will be a member of Hiscox’s group executive committee. Brossart is based in London, with 12 years of AIG experience; 10 from AXA.
“Fabrice is a highly experienced CRO, having led significant projects through Solvency II, Brexit, and the development of the Group’s capital model,” commented Aki Hussain, Group CEO of Hiscox.
“His experience and technical capabilities combined with his passion for diversity, equality and inclusion make Fabrice a great asset in helping to achieve our ambition.”
On the other hand, Hussain expressed the company’s gratitude for the time Kam spent with the insurance company.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Hanna Kam for her leadership in building our Risk and Compliance function over the years during what has been an especially busy period of regulatory change,” stated the CEO.
“She was a valued member of both the GEC and Hiscox partnership, and we will miss her unwavering defiance and dedication when she leaves in July.”
